All purchases on this site are final once access has been granted. Nothing here renews automatically and no card stays on file.

Charged twice, charged in error, or unable to open what you bought? Email jorge@licensetoearn.nyc with the email address on your account and it will be corrected.

Purchases made before September 20, 2026 keep the refund terms that applied on the day they were made.

Payments are handled by Stripe. The charge shows on your card statement as NYRETA LLC — the company behind License to Earn — not as Jorge Vasquez or licensetoearn.nyc. If you do not recognise a line on your statement, that is almost certainly what it is; email jorge@licensetoearn.nyc and we will confirm it before you dispute anything.
